Cancellation Policy
Plans for school and university groups sometimes change. This page explains how cancellations are handled. The exact charges and deadlines that apply to your trip are set out in your written proposal.
Cancellation by the group
Cancellations must be sent in writing by the group leader or institution. Charges depend on how close to departure the cancellation is made and on costs already committed to suppliers such as hotels and camps.

Individual participants
If individual students withdraw, the group price may be recalculated for the new group size. Any charges for the individual place are explained in your proposal.
Changes by us
If we need to make a significant change for reasons outside our control (such as weather, road closures or safety advice), we will contact the group leader promptly to agree an alternative.
Travel insurance
We strongly recommend that all participants and leaders have travel insurance that includes cancellation cover. Insurance is not included in our trips.
