These terms cover the use of this website and the general basis on which we organize private student group trips. The written proposal for your group, together with our booking and cancellation conditions, forms the agreement for a specific trip.
About these terms
Sample itineraries on this website are illustrations, not fixed offers. Prices, inclusions and the final day-by-day plan are only confirmed in a written proposal sent to the group leader or institution.
Responsibilities of the organizing institution
The school, university or group organizer remains responsible for:
- Supervision of participants according to its own policies
- Parental consent and participant information where required
- Ensuring participants hold valid passports and any required visas
- Arranging suitable travel and medical insurance
- Sharing relevant medical, dietary and accessibility needs in advance
Our responsibilities
We plan and coordinate the services agreed in your proposal, such as private transport, accommodation, guides and activities, and keep the group leader informed of any changes.
Changes to the itinerary
Weather, road conditions, local events or safety considerations may require changes to the route or activities. Where this happens we will discuss alternatives with the group leader and aim to keep the trip as close as possible to the agreed plan.
Conduct
Participants are expected to respect local laws, customs and the instructions of drivers, guides and group leaders. Serious misconduct may affect a participant's ability to continue with certain activities.
