We do not need individual students' medical records or identity documents to prepare a proposal. Where names or specific needs are required to operate a confirmed trip (for example rooming lists or allergy information for a camp), we only request what is necessary and share it only with the suppliers who need it.

We use your information to reply to your request, prepare and refine your group proposal, operate the trip if it is confirmed, and communicate with you before and during travel. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

To operate a confirmed trip we share the minimum necessary details with accommodation, transport, camp and activity providers in Morocco.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and booking information only as long as needed to handle your request, operate the trip and meet any legal or accounting obligations.
